Visa and Travel Requirements

For participants who require a visa to enter Mexico, the ICOLD Mexico 2026 Organizing Committee provides an official invitation letter that can be used to facilitate processing at the corresponding embassy or consulate. This letter is automatically generated during the event registration process.

 

Once you begin your registration in the system, you will find a specific section where you can request it. In this section, you must enter the following information:

• Full name (as it appears on your passport)

• Passport number

• Date of arrival in Mexico

• Date of departure from Mexico

 

Upon completing these fields, the system will immediately generate your personalized letter, which you can download in PDF format to present as support for your visa application process or any other immigration process that requires it.

 

This option seeks to support all international participants and expedite their entry process to the country to attend the ICOLD Mexico 2026 Symposium and Annual Meeting.
