Next steps for the ICOLD Mexico 2026 International Symposium

Dear Author/Presenter: If your abstract has been accepted for the ICOLD Mexico 2026 Symposium, congratulations! We thank you for your valuable contribution to this important international technical exchange. As a next step, we invite you to submit your full article and oral presentation for review by the Scientific Committee and the representatives of the ICOLD Technical Committees. 👉 Click below to download:

These templates must be used to ensure consistency and compliance with ICOLD Symposium standards.

Important upcoming information

A new option is now available on the ICOLD Mexico 2026 website in the section: Symposium → Instructions for Presenters, where you can upload your full paper and oral presentation. The submission process will follow the same system used for the Call for Abstracts, ensuring a familiar and straightforward experience.

We expect to receive more than 300 oral presentations for the International Symposium, as well as around 200 papers for publication in the ICOLD 2026 Mexico Proceedings. Due to the significant effort involved in the technical review process, we request that oral presentations and optional papers be submitted during the week of February 2, 2026, with a final deadline of February 27, 2026, for all presentations and papers.

We expect to complete the review of presentations and articles and return feedback by April 6, 2026, so you can incorporate the feedback and submit your Final Oral Presentation and, if applicable, Final Articles for Publication by the deadline of April 24, 2026.

We remain at your disposal for any questions or support you may require, and we look forward to receiving your Oral Presentation, as well as your Paper should you choose to publish it in the Proceedings of the ICOLD 2026 Mexico International Symposium.
