Focused on young professionals at the beginning of their careers, this forum seeks to create a space for learning, sharing experiences, and strengthening networks within the sector.

The ICOLD Young Professionals Forum (YPF) provides a unique platform for the next generation of dam and reservoir experts to exchange ideas, expand knowledge, and build an international network. At the Annual Meeting 2026 in Guadalajara, YPF will again be at the center of fostering dialogue between young engineers, researchers, and industry leaders. The program is designed to connect technical excellence with personal development, creating opportunities for young professionals to play an active role in shaping the future of water infrastructure worldwide.
